Our homes are ready to move into. We include a turnkey package with all of our homes where we provide most everything: floor and window coverings, plumbing and electrical fixtures, all of the kitchen appliances, automatic garage door opener and even redwood on maintenance free decks.

Standard Home Packages
We have standard home packages which include quite a bit of flexibility. You can move some interior walls around to make rooms bigger or smaller, add doors or windows, change the exterior trim style or even stretch the homes to make them bigger.

We also have the ability to create a totally custom Colorado Dream Home utilizing your own drawings or design. #4 We do it all for our clients!
We build your home in about 90-120 days, year round. Our full time in house drafting department will create your full set of plans utilizing a state of the art computer design system (no need to hire an architect). Our in-house design center will assist you with all decorating. We include all permits, fees and represent our clients at any property owners association approvals. We do a site analysis in advance to point out any problem situations before they arise.
